2.4 Professional profile and Quality In
this section, Hisdesat remains loyal to its philosophy of maintaining
continually improving quality in both the level of training of internal
resources as well as in the reliability of procedures. The current
employee profile is highly qualified, with over 68% of employees
with top level degrees, some 19% with intermediate level degrees
and some 13% of administrative personnel.
With this premise of quality it
is possible to maintain the ob-
jective of excellence in the pro-
vision of services to the client.
Also in terms of quality, since
2008 Hisdesat has been in possession of the ISO
9001 Quality Management System Certificate granted
by AENOR, valid both nationally and internationally.
The Team
The Company currently has 32 employees, who per-
form their duties at the company’s head offices and
at the satellite operations Control Centres of Arganda
(Madrid) and Maspalomas (Canary Islands), both lo-
cated in Spain.
In the last three years, human resources have in-
