The other significant contribution in relation to R+D+i
is the experiment pertaining to radio occultation and
extreme precipitations through the atmosphere of Ra-
diofrequency signals from GPS navigation satellites.
This is a research project financed by the National
R+D Plan (PNIE), with participation of the Instituto de
Ciencias del Espacio del Consejo Superior de Inves-
tigaciones Científicas (CSIC), NASA’s JPL and the
North American NOAA.
