             STRATEGIC VISION














                                                                  The growth of internal capabilities, strengthe-
                                                                  ning our current lines of business and positio-
                                                                  ning us better in international markets sum-
                                                                  marise the strategic activities that we focussed
                                                                  on during 2015, in order to deal successfully with
                                                                  the expansion plans and new challenges that will
                                                                  be coming up in the cours of the next year.


                                                                  The imminent lauch and placing into orbit of
                                                                  the PAZ Earth Observation satellite has brought
                                                                  about changes in the organisational structure,
                                                                  with the recent incorporation and correspon-
                                                                  ding training of new young talent in diverse
                                                                  areas that include operations, engineering and
                                                                  sales. This will allow us to develop this new busi-
                                                                  ness area to the highest standards of excellen-
                                                                  ce and professionalism.

                                                                  At the same time, we have put a lot of effort
                                                                  into marketing the radar constellation Terra-
                                                                  SAR-X/PAZ internationally, and the first pre-
                                                                  sales agreements have now been signed. 2015
                                                                  also has been an important year for Hisdesat
                                       in terms of the promotion of its current and future satellite capacity in many
                                       countries in America, Europe and the Middle East.
