This being my first opportunity to present the annual results, I would like to especially thank the Board of Directors of
our company for their support and the trust that they have bestowed in me. I also wish to thank Miguel Angel Panduro
Panadero, who was CEO of the company until October 2019, for his dedication and brilliant performance.

Finally, I want to end by thanking the most precious asset that our company has: its workforce, and express my deep
appreciation for their daily efforts and their unwavering commitment to the company. I have been witness to the
human and technical qualities of all of them since the company was created more than 18 years ago. Without their
abilities and daily efforts, we would not have been able to achieve our goals and consolidate ourselves as a multi-
mission operator in secure satellite communications, satellite Earth Observation and maritime surveillance through
satellite AIS.
