              4.1       Commercial activity and system

                        activity in relation to its services, on the basis of a strategy of

                        adaptation to the needs of current and potential clients, the
                        internationalisation of its activities and the technological pulling

                        power of Spanish companies within the aerospace industry.

                        During this financial year, Hisdesat intensified com-
                        mercial and promotional activity with a view to enhanc-
                        ing awareness of the existence of the SpainSat and
                        Xtar-Eur satellites, their capabilities and possibilities
                        in relation to secure communication services for those
                        countries without their own dedicated satellites on the
