                                        COMPANY





                                         isdesat Servicios Estratégicos S.A. was
                                    Hfounded in 2001 as the government sa-
                                     tellite services operator, with the brief to act
                                     primarily in the areas of defence, security,
                                     intelligence and foreign affairs. Since 2005
                                     we have been providing secure satellite
                                     communications services to government
                                     agencies from various countries. Currently
                                     we  are  developing  new  satellite  constella-
                                     tions for Earth observation and for mari-
                                     ti-me traffic information (AIS).                                                 AB OUT HISDE S AT

                                     Hisdesat is an international commercial pro-
                                     vider of X- and Ka-band satellite communi-
                                     cations services exclusively for government
                                     applications, both
