The data provided by the user will be processed by Hisdesat Servicios Estratégicos, SA, (hereinafter Hisdesat), with CIF A83048363, in order to handle its communications regarding non-compliance or possible risks of non-compliance with the Hisdesat Code of Ethics, and is based on your prior consent. In accordance with the Hisdesat Ethics Channel Reception and Management Procedure, the personal data you provide on this form will be conveyed to Hisdesat's Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee, and, where appropriate, to the competent governing bodies and/or authorities. The period for the storage of your data will be one year, unless regulations require a longer term as a result of an investigative process, after which it will be eliminated.
In accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, your identity will be reserved in any case, and will have the right to confidentiality and non-retaliation.
Personal data that are not necessary for the knowledge and investigation of the actions or omissions communicated will not be processed, proceeding, where appropriate, to its immediate deletion.
The data that is subject to treatment may be kept in the Information System only for the time essential to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation into the reported facts. If it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not true, it will be immediately deleted from the moment said circumstance is confirmed, unless said lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offence, in which case it will be kept the information for the necessary time during which the judicial procedure is processed.
In any case, after three months have elapsed from the receipt of the communication without initiation of investigative actions, it will be deleted, unless the purpose of conservation is to provide evidence of the operation of the internal Information System. Communications that have not been processed may only be recorded anonymously, without the blocking obligation provided for in article 32 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, being applicable.
In submitting your complaint through this channel, you may request the anonymization of your personal data in the internal procedure that is processed by requesting it in the "message" tab. In cases, subsequent communications with you will be via email / or contact number.
You may exercise your data rectification, elimination, processing limitation, processing opposition and portability rights by writing to us on the Paseo de la Castellana 149, 4º, Madrid, 28046; or by email at pdARROBAhisdesat.es, attaching a copy of your national identification document, or similar document, to certify your identity. You may also appeal at any time to the Control Authority to ensure that your rights are observed. (+info)
