Criminal Risk Prevention Programme

A firm and determined commitment to ethics, transparency and corporate governance best practice is fundamental for HISDESAT.
Therefore, in addition to its Code of Ethics and Ethical Channel, the company has implemented a Crime Prevention and Detection Programme with a series of policies and organisational and management standards, with the objective of preventing crimes from being committed within the organisation. This is in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 5/2010 (22 July 2010) and Organic Law 1/2015 (30 March 2015) of amending the Penal Code.

Adequate periodic reviews of the Crime Prevention and Detection Programme, as well as the training of the personnel involved, are key aspects of achieving good risk management. Hisdesat is committed to carrying out the supervision, revision and continuous improvement of its Crime Prevention and Detection Programme, as well as putting in place the required risk prevention training.
