Safeguard and interpretation
If the competent Authority declares any of these provisions as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will mean that it must be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intention of such provision. In any case, such statement regarding one or more clauses will not prejudice the validity of the remaining ones.
The non-demand by the Holder of strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions, does not constitute and cannot be interpreted in any case as a waiver on his part to demand it in the future.
Language
The language applicable to these Conditions is Spanish. If versions are provided in other languages such as English, it will be solely as a courtesy and greater convenience for the User.
In case of contradiction, the Spanish version will prevail.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions will be governed by the Spanish law. Therefore, the user of this website expressly waives the jurisdiction that corresponds to him, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the City (Villa) of Madrid (Spain).
